JEFFREY HEMPHILL
Jeffrey Hemphill is a registered architect based in Lowell Indiana. He has worked in Chicago since 2003 and has experience on a variety of projects ranging from single family homes to 6 story multiple unit residential buildings to light commercial projects, including restaurants. Jeffrey earned a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Ball State University in 2005. Upon graduation, he started his architectural career in Chicago for Laszlo Simovic Architects, LLC.
With over 10 years of working in one firm, Jeffrey has worked in many areas of architecture and design. His passion is in helping clients achieve their dreams by learning about their wants, desires and what drives them.
Jeffrey's road has taken a few twists and turns along the way. In 2011 he became an apprentice ironworker with Ironworkers Local 395. Before being deployed to Afghanistan in 2014, as a member of the Indiana Army National Guard, he earned the right to be called a journeyman. His experiences as an ironworker and Army National Guard Engineer have helped him as an architect in many ways most architects do not get to experience.
In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys time with his family, and when possible he tries to squeeze in a round of golf.
